Westminster council is considering introducing a new policy that would require developers of hotel schemes to include an element of affordable housing. The policy could be included in the new City Plan which is due to be released in November 2018.
Saxbury, the serviced apartment real estate specialists have secured an operator lease at Clarence House, which is set to be Newport’s first official serviced apartment property.
The Saxbury team has been advising on a new apart-hotel development, The Moorgate, in the City of London, since 2016. We’re now delighted to see the development finally come to fruition, with the selected operator, SACO, set to open the property in early December 2018.
