Quest Apartment Hotels has descended upon the UK and is set to open a property in Liverpool by Q3 2019, the 100-suite apart-hotel will occupy a former office block on Church Street, it will also feature a conference room and a residents gym. This central location benefits from immediate access to Liverpool One, Liverpool Central station and Liverpool Lime Street station, it also marks Quest’s first foray into Europe.
Founded in 1988 in Australia, Quest targets the extended stay market and operates over 170 properties across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.
In June 2018, The Ascott Limited, one of the world’s leading extended stay providers, acquired a majority stake in Quest Apartment Hotels for $180 Million, making it the largest serviced residence provider in Australasia. Quest has a wider plan to open a further 10 properties in the UK by 2023. Target locations include London, Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Manchester, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
