Serviced apartment provider Native has announced their first apart-hotel in Manchester will open its doors in the summer of 2019. The building located on Ducie street will be known as The London Warehouse.
The property formally known as The Place apart-hotel has its history dating back to 1867 when it once housed a cotton factory. Native has completely remodelled the property for 21st century living with 166 new design-led apartments, a restaurant, a cafe, gym, florist, and a cocktail bar open to non-residents.
Guy Nixon, founder and CEO of Native, said: "Design and cultural collaboration are at the heart of Native's approach to creating unique experiences for our guests. The purchase of the former Place Aparthotel has been a sector defining opportunity for us to work with the industry's best creatives, architects and designers."
