Having been a part of this industry from the beginning, the Directors have developed a comprehensive understanding of this niche part of the property market. They have now come together as a team to offer an unmatched level of expertise. Arnaud began his career at Hamptons International and CBRE, building his extensive experience in residential lettings and the institutional rented sector. He specialises in advising investors and operators, development consultancy, serviced apartment appraisals, and serviced apartment and apart-hotel acquisitions and disposals. In 2004, Arnaud co-founded Domus Nova, a boutique estate agency for design-led properties of architectural interest throughout prime London. Arnaud now brings his extensive experience to Saxbury.
Ben is a founding partner of Saxbury and brings a wealth of knowledge of the serviced apartment sector, in which he has worked for over 12 years. Ben launched one of the first serviced apartment consultancy practices, Short Let Consulting, in 2011. Since then he has worked on a variety of projects for serviced apartment companies, while helping leading brands to build nationwide property portfolios. Ben has a depth of expertise across the whole sector, and has advised individual and institutional property investors, developers and CEOs.
Adam is a founding partner of Saxbury and has worked for almost a decade in the property investment industry with specialist interest and expertise in the serviced apartment sector. Having established himself as a Director of Serviced Apartment Solutions; a joint venture consultancy firm with CBRE, and Domus Nova Investments; an investment and development consultancy firm. His work has included leasing, acquisitions, disposals and consultancy for some of the largest UK, European and North American institutional investors, developers and operators.
With a solid 15-year background in the real estate industry, Henrietta is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting and manages the day-to-day financial accounting of Saxbury. Henrietta has previously built and managed the Accounts department at our sister company, Domus Nova. Henrietta’s consistent result-driven attitude and reliability was a huge asset to Domus Nova, so there was no question on her ability to take over the accounts at Saxbury when the opportunity arose.

Having studied with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Beth joined Saxbury to grow the brand and manage the strategy and implementation of our marketing communications and initiatives. Beth also practices extensive market research so we can continue to provide our clients with quality, in-depth market reports. Additionally, Beth consistently strives to help the company reach its maximum potential through business development to broaden our wide range of databases.
Kristian has worked in the property market for over 20 years and helps Saxbury to provide specialised funding solutions for development and investment projects across the UK. Kristian has a extensive database of funders from private equity and pension funds to the newest crowd-funding platforms, as well as close links with private and international banks. This allows him to offer our clients bespoke funding packages, and ensure we meet all their diverse needs.
