Saxbury has been retained to conduct an operator search for a proposed apart-hotel building located in the heart Manchester's vibrant Northern Quarter close to Piccadilly gardens, and just 9-mins walk from Piccadilly railway station.

The proposed apart-hotel will be created by redeveloping an existing period building with potential for up to 26-keys, subject to planning and contract.

The accommodation will be spread over the upper floors of the building and shall benefit from a dedicated entrance, an efficient hotel reception, luggage storage room, staff w/c, lift to all floors, multiple storage areas for hotel supplies, coded electronic door entry system, laundry rooms and CCTV throughout.

A lease is secured on the ground floor, basement and roof top by an upscale A3/A4 business opened throughout the day. We envisage the apart-hotel and restaurant will appeal to similar clientèle, thus presenting multiple opportunities for customers and guests to benefit from the collaboration of both businesses.
