Owned and operated by the same family for more than a decade, this 34-unit portfolio of stylish serviced apartments is located across Chelsea, Sloane Square, Marylebone and South Kensington. When the owner decided to emigrate, Saxbury was instructed to source a best-fit operator to manage and maintain the properties on their behalf – while also maximising returns for the owner.

Saxbury carried out a short off-market campaign to identify an operating partner with significant experience across the extended stay market.

The operator selection process concluded successfully with the appointment of a serviced apartment management company with an exemplary track record and strong financial covenant.

In becoming the new custodian, the operating company assumes full responsibility for estate management including revenue generation and operational costs, while profits are shared with the owner.
